I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The views from my room were stunning, and the design was quite appealing with a modern touch. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn't up to par, as I found some dusty spots and even received dirtier towels after housekeeping. The service was exceptional though, with staff going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
